    • Tamarind Paste200g
    • Curry Leaves50g
    • Mustard Seeds100g

    Directions

    1. Cook toor dal until soft
    2. Boil vegetables until tender
    3. Combine dal, vegetables, sambar powder, tamarind, and water
    4. Simmer 15 minutes
    5. Temper mustard seeds and curry leaves in oil and pour over
