  • Biryani Masala100g
  • Fried Onions200g
  • Saffron Threads1g
  • Fresh corianderhandful
  • Mint Leaveshandful
  • Saltpinch
  • Lemon Juice35ml

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken with yoghurt, biryani masala, and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook rice until 70% done and set aside.
  3. Fry marinated chicken in ghee until browned.
  4. Layer rice, chicken, saffron milk, and fried onions in a pot.
  5. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Serve hot with raita.
