  • Tomato Puree400g
  • Butter250g
  • Cream200ml
  • Garam Masala100g
  • Ginger Garlic Paste100g
  • Fresh Corianderhandful

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken with yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, and garam masala for 1 hour.
  2. Grill or pan-fry until lightly charred.
  3. In a pan, melt butter and cook tomato puree with cream and spices.
  4. Add grilled chicken; simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve with naan or rice.
